We are delighted to announce the appointment of Belinda Gordon, who will be joining Green Alliance on 9 July as our new strategy director.
Belinda has been head of government and rural affairs at the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) since 2016.
She began her career at Shell, and has since worked on a variety of environmental and rural issues including at the Science Policy Centre of The Royal Society, Defra and The Countryside Agency. She has a degree in Geography from Cambridge University and an MSc in Environmental Management from Birkbeck College.
She takes over from Tamsin Cooper, who has left Green Alliance after seven years to take up the role of head of strategy at Defra.
