How states, corporations and NGOs are leading the way

New US President Barack Obama has signalled his intentions to seek a global agreement on climate change, and his recent economic recovery package is strong on low-carbon investment. The efforts of individual states, corporations and NGOs have all helped shape this new federal approach. And their collective policy experience will have ongoing influence as the USA seeks to achieve its energy goals and become a climate leader. Green Alliance and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office hosted a seminar with keynote speaker Terry Tamminen.
