Charles joined Green Alliance in April 2024 as a political adviser working on transport decarbonisation and the All Party Parliamentary Group on the Environment. He previously worked as a freelance adviser, including for Kew Gardens, and at Seahorse Environmental where he managed client accounts across the energy transition and conservation. Prior to this, Charles conducted public opinion and stakeholder research for government departments, trade unions, and businesses with Thinks Insight. He has a BA and Masters in History from the University of Oxford.
