Johann joined Green Alliance in April 2022 as a policy adviser in the Low Carbon Future theme, and in April 2024 he became senior policy adviser. Previously, he worked in various sustainability roles at the University of Sheffield developing its sustainability strategy and completed an internship at the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. Johann has an masters in global political economy and BA in history and politics from the University of Sheffield.
