Stuart Dossett

Stuart joined Green Alliance in November 2021. He leads on Green Alliance’s policy work on power sector decarbonisation, and also works on greening the economy, digital inclusion and e-waste, transport decarbonisation and fuel and transport poverty. Stuart previously worked at the Bank of England for nine years, managing a policy team focused on improving the safety and soundness of banks and the banking system.
