Stuart joined Green Alliance as a policy adviser in November 2021, and was promoted to senior policy adviser in May 2022. Prior to this, he worked in a policy role at the Bank of England, focused on promoting the safety and soundness of banks and the banking system.
Stuart has an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College and a BSc in Economics from the University of Sheffield.
