The nature of our economy

The Conservative government commissioned the groundbreaking Dasgupta Review on the economics of biodiversity, which identified how dependent our economic activity is on nature’s goods and services. But how can we ensure its thinking is embedded in UK policy?

This panel will explore how we can unlock large scale private capital funding and investment for nature restoration, to build a thriving economy with nature at its heart. We will discuss what policies investors need to grow nature markets and how the UK can continue to build its reputation for sustainable finance.
