Overview
UK infrastructure, homes and public services are not built for the weather the country now faces. Flooding, heatwaves and drought are already costing businesses and communities billions of pounds a year, and the toll is set to grow.
Green Alliance convenes the Adaptation Task Force to motivate political action on this reality. Made up of businesses and organisations with direct experience of climate risk in their own operations and communities, the Task Force channels that expertise into our research and advocacy that calls on government to give adaptation the same priority as cutting emissions.
