Iruka joined Green Alliance as a Human Resources Officer in August 2024. Her role involves providing HR support and administration, as well as contributing to projects development. Before joining Green Alliance, she worked as a senior HR Associate at a charity that focuses on creating a sustainable environment. She holds an MA in Human Resources from Middlesex University Business School and a BA in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria. She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). In her role, Iruka will play a central role in ensuring that Green Alliance’s HR services are seamless.
