The financial crisis still casts a long shadow over nearly all economic policy making. Our guest speaker Lucrezia Reichlin discussed the causes of the financial crisis, and then moved onto the consequences for economic policy and economic analysis. She also addressed which aspects of economic thinking have been challenged by the crisis and how this might affect economics in the future.

Lucrezia Reichlin is also co-founder and director of Now-Casting Economics limited.
