• closely tracking the Environment Bill in its long journey through parliament, through our work with the Greener UK coalition; we are pleased that this monumental piece of legislation has now passed into law, with many of the provisions we fought for remaining intact;
• the announcement that the sale of new petrol and diesel vehicles would be phased out by 2030, a policy we have advocated since 2017;
• the Climate Change Committee acknowledging our message about the importance of resource efficiency in climate policy and incorporating our recommendations, including ecodesign standards, into its sixth carbon budget advice to government.
